Note on our Supplier Standards

Our supplier standards are crucial for the success of our business. They have a direct impact on our reputation and the quality of our products and services we provide.

For this reason, as part of the approval process, OccAsianZ evaluate their suppliers in a number of key areas. These include:- 

• Respect client confidentiality
• Represent each client fairly and honestly
• Be committed to professionalism and provide exemplary levels of customer service
• Conduct business in a transparent manner
• Honour agreements with OccAsianZ, their clients, suppliers and third parties
• Engage in honest, legal business practices
• Possess licence(s) and insurance required by law to conduct daily business
• Settle any disputes that arise in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to the Date Protection Act

Although we do not have direct control over the workings & practices of our suppliers,  we use our influence to ensure that the appropriate level of service is delivered at the best possible prices without compromising on the quality.
