Cancellation and Returns

OccAsianZ Ltd wants you to be totally satisfied with your order. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

If you would like to cancel or return your order you must inform us using our Online Returns Form within 7 working days after receipt of the order. 

We will then issue you with a returns address and a returns authorisation number (RAN). The RAN# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned items packaging. Items not bearing this information will be refused on delivery.
