Asian Wedding Coordinator On the Day
Sometimes we do get couples who prefer to organise their own Asian wedding arrangements but
require the services of our experienced event managers / Asian wedding planners to ensure that the day itself runs smoothly.
In these cases, the OccAsianZ event managers / Asian Wedding Planners will meet with the bridal couple 3-6 weeks prior to the event for a pre-wedding consultation.
During the consultation the OccAsianZ event managers / Asian Wedding Planners will discuss in detail the entire Asian Wedding including which suppliers they’ll be using right through to the Wedding Day Schedule. We will record all the information and if required, make suggestions and tie up any lose ends.
Afterwards, we will take on the role of liaising with the venue's and key suppliers. We will make sure everything is in place prior to the wedding and ensure that all the vendors are performing on the day itself leaving the bridal couple, their family and friends to enjoy the wedding day without being bothered by the small details!
On the Asian wedding day the event manager would typically: -
Greet all suppliers and brief them on the day plan as per Bride & Grooms instructions.
Review guest count, floor plan and seating plan with catering manager.
If required, assist suppliers with set-up and any last minute details.
Manage and coordinate waiting staff.
Manage and coordinate bar staff.
Manage and coordinate hostesses.
Coordination of bride & grooms entrance, cake cutting, first dance, photography, blessing, and toast.
Personal assistance to bride and groom.
Act as the on-site contact, Handling any supplier issues or questions.
Prepare wedding night hotel room.
Prepare rooms for out of town guests.
Ensure wedding presents & personal belongings are transferred to their appropriate place for the evening.
If required, settle balance payments with suppliers and venue(s)
Ensure completion of evening and oversee supplier clean-up.
