This is a crucial part of ensuring that your Asian Wedding or Event has ticked all the right boxes in terms of what you are expecting from it.

To get the end result there will be a chain of events that will need to be run through to make sure we have managed your client account and adhered to our high expectations.

We will ensure that you have sampled the food your guests will be enjoying, meet with all the suppliers and visit the venue so that you can visualise your big day. We will record all the information on your behalf and if required, make suggestions & recomendations along the way.

Within the last 3 to 6 weeks prior to the event, we will meet with you at your chosen venue and run through the wedding day schedule and if needed tie up any lose ends.

Your event manager will always be available throughout the planning, during and after  the event to make sure your day will/did run smoothly and most importantly stress free so that you were able to relax and enjoy it.
